Wiring issue

Truck is an 89 F350 2wd. Someone butchered the lights. I had no running lights and traced it back to cut wires at this unknown relay. The relay sits next to an eec port. Does anyone have a diagram to help? Here is what I cut off.

All the relays and connectors look the same from the bottom
We need wire colors and a relay color to help
There should be 3 relays near that EEC self test connector
A green fuel pump relay, a grey EEC power relay and a Brown WOT relay
89 F350 2wd is only half of it too
What trans? What motor?
That way someone might post a correct page out of a 89 EVTM for you
That said
None of those relays under the hood should have anything to do with your park lamps

The motor is a 7.3 IDI with an E4OD trans. when i jumped that brown wire to the yellow hot( the yellow hot ans the green both show 12v), all my running lights turn on. Funny thing though, the brown light at the back of the headlight switch is dead with nothing (even when **** is pulled to first detent. odd. seems like somethingbwas cut or removed. I need some kind of pinout to help.
Thanks again

The diesel engine changes everything about those relays
Means what I posted is wrong
I will post a few pages from the diesel engine section concerning the relays (if I can find my 89 EVTM)
I believe the lights should have no relay like those square ones in the circuit
Your headlight switch is probably no good and they needed to rig up some lights

If the truck has dual rear wheels, it is a 350 2wd so it could be?
Or trailer / camper package would it not have a relay for the extra lights?
The 80's trucks were built that way so I would think the later ones would be too?

But it should still have a trigger wire from the switch for the relay, yea bad switch I would think?
