For the wire harness, does anyone know how long it is?
Is there an extension harness if its not long enough to get to the rear of the trailer? Anyone have a part number if there is one available?
I want to add the same items to my 24 F-450 but also want the BLIS option. My local dealer can't seem to figure out what I need so he just orders various "kits" hoping that the right stuff comes in. So far, I have the kits to get the TPMS, YAW and Rear Camera but no BLIS. Does anyone have knowledge of the correct kits to order?
Thanks all in advance

I saw it in my search, I'll look it up when I can get in front of my computer later today!

I believe this is what your looking for??
Genuine Ford Trailer Blind Spot Detection BLIS Kit
The camera harness is 49' long, and that's from where it plugs into the base harness, NOT from the truck bed. It is long enough that I cannot image a single trailer that it would not work with. There are extensions available. I know Nichols had one available. I don't know if it was OEM or their own. But you won't need it.
I find the resolution of that camera to be pretty good. I think it is a lot better than the CHMSL camera, which I find to be annoying when trying to align my fiver pin with the hitch. Below is a photo of the center stack display on my truck. Notice I have a good view of the trailer bumper and ladder. The camera is about 5' above ground level. I didn't like the coverage when mounted up at the roofline like most are mounted.

Why didn’t I think of that?? What a fabulous idea.
Unfortunately both my car hauler and fifth wheel have doors on the back but now I’m motivated to figure out a way to integrate the wiring into the doors so I can position the camera lower. With the camera mounted 13 feet in the air, the view isn’t really helpful.

Thanks for the reply! My 5th wheel is 44', so I figured I'd need between 55-60 feet from the truck bed plug to the top of the rear of the 5th wheel! Now to order it and figure out how to fish the wire!
I chose to go wireless and it works fantastic. It is a "Haloview BT12". It has a screen that goes over the rear view mirror (same shape). It has 1 wired and 1 wireless camera. I put the wireless on back of rig. You unscrew the camera stub antenna and attached the 50? ft cable to it. Then run that cable up and over the top and get as close to front of trailer as possible. I tye wrapped mine to front AC unit. In the truck, you install the wired camera on the back window (inside) kinda in the middle, Now when you plug in the 7 pin, it powers the rig camera and you swipe the screen and it shows the view from wireless. When 7-pin is unplugged, it reverts to the wired camera. The BT12 screen has been in position for 2+ years, I never move it I only swipe to change cameras. I do find a few nuances and have tried to find another vendor with similar, but no luck.

Well, I laid the wire out and temporarily tested the camera views before deciding how to thread the wire. I'd suggest you do the same before committing to relocating.
This view was with the camera about 11' off the ground, near the roofline as you typically see them.
And this view is with the camera down at around 5' off the ground, just below the big rear window on the fiver. The trailer did not change position, and the garage obviously did not either. I found this view much more useful.

the extension doesn't need to go to the end for tpms...on my 40' 5th wheel, the antenna is mounted on my pin box, and it works just fine.
EDIT: didn't notice you wanted camera too
I ordered a different kit then what you are showing, I got this kit for my 24'. Comes with everything but the YAW sensor which should have come with your truck.
LC3Z-1A189-A
Edit* Oh just looked up your part number, that is a newer camera.

Does that have a plug for the yaw sensor? I have the older system from my 2019 on my trailer that does not have the connection for the yaw sensor. I'm looking at changing the harness to the newer harness . My concern is will the new harness be compatible with the old camera?

yup, even though the picture sucks it has three connectors, 1 for yaw, 1 for tpms and, 1 for the camera. Not sure on the compatibility with the new camera though.
