09-14 diff housing Diameters
What years did ford change the ID housings for the 9.75s-3.73s?
i have an 11 limited with 9.75/3.73 lsd with no e locker. I broke the diff so I bought another one from a parted out truck. A twin to be exact same year make and model and axel code b6 which also turned out to be bad so I decided I would rebuild it so I ordered the parts based off of my trucks information and upon installing was when I realized the races were bigger and bearings for the pinion were also bigger. Mine had a crush sleeve and the donor axel didnt. The parts fit on my trucks axel but not the donor axel so I’m assuming possibly the donor trucks axel isn’t the original or maybe even mine isn’t…. So now I’m lost. My axel doesn’t have any stickers or tag to get information from the donor axel sticker is 939H 11 110672 TC05A 3L73-9.75
