Back up park assist sensor issue 03 excursion

Back up park assist sensor issue 03 excursion
My sensor is not working the button stays lit in the off position. I have put in reverse key on and can hear faint clicking on all four. Pushing the button does nothing. Any help with diagnosing is greatly appreciated. Thanks all!
