I just made my first gallery. I just started this site about a week ago and couldn't figure out how to, well not that I really looked too hard into it because all the useful info I found on the site. But I finally did, and here it is http://www.ford-truck.com/user_galle...?userid=144211
Dude, I love your truck! Us 71-72 LWB's gotta stick together. As for your dash, check this out. It is an F600 panel in a 70 SWB that was Ride of the Week in Spetember - I want to do this on the Joadmobile.
There's some pics of the f600 chrome gauge cluster in my gallerie.I have it in my 70. I know a guy that has a NOS F600 bezel on ebay!Wink! Wink!

Welcome to FTE I know youll enjoy it here......sweet looking truck would like to see the newer pics but look clean....also...dont ditch the 360...its bullet proof.....
I'm not going to ditch the 360, I'm putting the 302, which i already have, with an aod that i have, or im going to buy a c6. Im probably going to keep the 360 and rebuild it, it runs perfect, has never even been rebuilt... I could probably drive across country in the motor if i wanted, but it gets horrible gas mileage. when i put the 302 in i will probably end up rebuilding the 360 and making it a mean motor.... It has 140,000 miles on the original motor and is still running strong, how about that! haha.. anyway thanks for the input guys, and i love this forum.
EDIT :
I forgot to mention that the 302 only has two hundred actual miles. I had to spell it out cuz it could easily be confused with 200,000 or something... So i got that motor and an aod tranny for only $400 from my dads buddy.... he had a crate motor put in his rig, then 200 miles later he crashed his car, really unfortunate... he was actually going to put the 302 in his moms car, but then she passed away.... so i ended up with it.
I can get one for 200 or less. so it just depends, im going to have three tranny's... one c6 for an fe block, on c6 for a sb, and an aod for a sb.......
