Factory Tachometers
Does anyone know what models had a factory tach? And if Broncos had them as well, and what years they could be in?

All 80-86 Trucks and bronco's had the option of having in dash tachometer, and lots of them came this way from the factory. Unfortunately for the ones of us searching for this sought after part they are hard to find. I've been searching for 2 years for a cluster and thus have came up dry.
I belive i was told at one time that 80-98 or 80-96 F-600 and up still used the 80-86 style cluster so they'd be a direct swap, but i'm not sure about the information.

you are correct. all the f series heavy duty fords used the early gauge cluster. my 87 f700 awd has the early set. all the f-series hd (f600-f700-f800) had tachs, betcha didn't know that.. Kurt
