Is it possible to add ACC and Lane Centering to a 23+ F350?
I have a 2023 F-350 Lariat DRW (not ultimate). My truck DOES have Lane Keeping, but DOES NOT have ACC or Lane Centering. Is it possible to add these couple things with a couple parts and forscan?

This would be a game changer if possible!
Does your truck have the EPAS module installed on the steering column? See this link
I think it does, and I also think you might not need any hardware changes with the exception of ACC addition. Once you have ACC installed and working that should open the door to further FORSCAN changes to turn on the lane keeping assist and lane centering (lane centering requires ACC, not sure about lane keeping assist).
I am very interested in upgrading to lane centering, but it will require an almost full steering shaft/gearbox replacement and I haven't had the time to get into it yet. ACC was easy / fun to install, somewhat frustrating to program in FORSCAN, but I love it. I also love lane centering in other cars, hence my desire to install in my truck.
Does lane centering work without the HUD? Lane keeping doesn't but not sure on the centering.
Good question. I have not seen anything that says it needs the HUD (or anything that says it doesn't need it either). I see you have a '24 Lariat Ultimate and the Ultimate is supposed to come with a HUD as well as lane keeping and lane centering.
Why do you say it needs the HUD to work? Thanks! I'd rather learn about it now than install a bunch of stuff and realize I needed to install a HUD too.

Because the lane centering is part of the Ultimate package, which includes the HUD. I don't know if the lower level Lariat has lane centering as it doesn't have a HUD. Keep in mine that Lane centering only works WITH Adaptive Cruise when it is enabled and set, other wise its just lane keep assist. The HUD shows a thick blue vertical bar on both sides to show lane centering is in effect.

sorry for the late response as I’ve been traveling over seas. Yes, my truck does have the EPAS (most likely because of lane keeping my guess). Remember, my truck has lane keeping but not lane centering.
Also to note, my truck does not have the HUD as it is not an ultimate.
Is your truck a 23+? I would love some feedback (part numbers, forscan, etc) with installation. Would want to add this at the least.
