remote start shuts off

Hello my 2019 has developed a probem. It starts remotely as usual bu now shuts off after a few minutes. Any idea what could be causing that? Thanks in advance

Have you checked the remote start settings to make sure it wasn't inadvertently changed to a shorter run time? The run time can be set to 5, 10, or 15 minutes.

OR he has a dreaded Aftermarket remote start
