Windshield wipers and windshield fluid are not working, I’ve installed a new motor, I checked the fuse, still doesn’t work from the switch inside the truck.
Not sure if there is a relay or something I’m missing.

What led you to replace the motor? Was it getting power but not running? If so, you may have installed a bad part (it happens). Really need to know more about the diagnostic investigation before a confident solution can be offered.
That said, maybe someone here has access to a wiring diagram for this circuit to help with troubleshooting.
can you hear the motor that pump the fluid running? might want to have someone in the truck so you can listen for the motor.
Could also be a clogged/kinked line from the reservoir to the split in the line feeding each spray nozzle. (has happened to me in an older Acura I have)

Wipers are not working also...as mentioned, its probably the common switch failure.
