Can you add some more details that would factor in the approx weight? Does it have the seat still installed, custom power windows, all glass, etc? I have twice moved an empty, stripped cab with just one other person and neither of us were power-lifters.
This cab for my F2 weighed I'd guess about 180 pounds - stripped of everything like gas tank, window regulators, glovebox. Two of us picked it up and placed it on the frame. Having a 3rd person would have been nice to help guide it but i only had one neighbor nearby.
Tom is quite correct about the stripped weight of the cab. Anything attached - like the steering column - would obviously change the lift weight but also the balance. Your picture shows some shiny paint that wouldn't take well to mishandling.
