Surge on acceleration
Hi all. New to this informative site. I have a 2000 F250 Super Duty. 162k miles. 6 position chip is only mod. Was having hot start problems and replaced ICP, IPR, MAP, and CPS which fixed my hard start problems. But now it surges only while driving. Starting about 1800 rpm but when put it to floor it will run very strong. Sometimes when cold it seems to run fine till gets very warmed up. I removed chip and makes no difference. Fresh oil change and new fuel filter. I have Forscan and from what I've read on here, everything is in spec. All replaced parts are Motorcraft. Hope my rambling makes sense. Ideas?
