2003 Expedition computer programming

I have a 2003 Eddie Bauer expedition and I have issues with some of the computer modules, specifically both of the seat climate control modules. Neither works and the only codes I get are module configuration errors and I’m wondering if there’s any option for reconfiguring short of bringing to a dealer. I have access to two scan tools currently, an Autel and a snap on and the autel will let me reconfigure about half the modules on board but the seat modules aren’t included in that list but when I scan the codes with them they will briefly turn on during the process so I know they work if only they didn’t have that error. I’m mainly wondering if there’s a cheap flasher for these vehicles because I’d rather spend $200 to do it on my own rather than pay the dealer to.

If you have a laptop you can look at them in the licensed ForScan app.
