Redline/P66 responded and said they will have a new white paper coming out on 85plus. It will have updated testing and should be good. I will continue to use it in my 6.4 and 6.7.
Hi all-
Back in the day we added a quart of ATF to a tank of diesel - about 200 gal. This was done in the winter to keep the drier #1 diesel fuel from causing the injectors to stick or gall - old Cummins pushrod injectors. Same idea as we are facing with CP4 issues.
Just a thought.

During AK Pipeline construction days late 1970s, the mechanics had us add a gallon of SAE 30 oil to the saddle tanks at every refuel after the annual switch to stove oil for winter ops. “Replace some of the lubricants stripped out of the #2 diesel when making #1”

Red is the dye used to differentiate taxed from non taxed off road diesel. ATF will stain the fuel and if you ever got dipped would be in a world of schiznit trying to convince them its ATF and not tax free diesel. IOW don't ever put anything RED in the diesel fuel.
Don't think you will never get dipped either, I did a few years back in my 99 F350 DRW while towing home a trailer. Indiana SP had an inspection set up at one of the oasis, and yes it included 3/4 ton and up pickups.
oh and dont mention vegetable oil either, they don't like when you joke about it smelling like french fries.
