I got a 2001 f250 7.3 I am having no start issue I am only building between 70 and 90lbs of pressure at ICP I have replaced ICP, IPR , glow plugs , injector o-rings , hpOP ,wiring harness ,CPS x3 need some input it's also taking 10 - 15 sec of cranking to start building pressure

What brand of sensors did you use and where did you get them from? Do you have any codes?
The general algorithm is as follows:
1. Make sure there is enough oil in the engine.
2. Make sure there is enough oil in the HPOP reservoir.
3. Key-on engine-off on-demand self test.
4. Key-on engine-off injector buzz test.
5. Make sure the battery voltage is at least 9.5 volts while cranking.
6. Make sure the camshaft position sensor returns a signal (RPM PID shows >100 RPM when cranking.)
7. Watch the injection control pressure and the ICP duty cycle, ICP duty cycle should be over 14%.
8. Block off the right cylinder head high pressure oil line and see if the engine starts, if so, there is a leak in the right head (most commonly an injector O-ring.)
9. Block off the left cylinder head high pressure oil line and see if the engine starts, if so, there is a leak in the left head (most commonly an injector O-ring.)
10. Deadhead (block off both outlets of) the HPOP and see if it builds pressure. If no, replace the IPR.
11. If replacing the IPR does not help, then replace the HPOP and/or drive gear.
All my parts are oem except the hpop I think that's Bosch
But I feel like a dump *** awhile back I took my IPR out and cleaned it cus my injectors were knocking well I put the selonoid on backwards , idk why it would run sometimes good , but I continuously had stalling issues then it would quit altogether , today I figured I would put the old IPR valve back in just to see if I would get any change well taking it apart it looked weird just flipped the selonoid around and fired at the turn of the key. , close to a 4000$ dumb mistake
