Liqui Moly?

Anyone ever use the Cera Tec or MoS2 in their 6.0 and is there any reason NOT to? I use the Archoil ar9100 with every oil change, but I can get the Liqui Moly stuff for dirt cheap from my guy at Napa so just figured I'd ask.

I would stick with the Archoil and a Ford approved 5W40 full synthetic oil. Good luck, Russ

Yeah fair enough. 0w40 works well for me year round up here in Canada.

Liqui Moly is really popular among the European diesel car crowd. I also own a couple OM617a Mercedes diesels ( little 3.0 liter inline five cylinder engines) and liqui moly is as popular with that group as Archoil is with the 6.0 crowd. Never ran it in anything, so no first hand experience, but its definitely popular with the euro diesel people.

Yes, if you see temps below -20 °F / -29 °C, I would use a 0W40 full synthetic diesel oil. Russ

I use 0w40 T6 or Delvac year round.
