Spout??
Looking for my spout, all the pics I see online look different but this is the only plug I have coming from my icm.

Your spout connector was broken off, so someone replaced it with normal wire terminals. Same thing. Disconnect the wire terminals to time the engine to 8°. Plug them back in when your done.

Without knowing the year or the engine, 8° is the safe number to use.
Use what ever number the sticker on the inside of the hood says.

They were all 10 before
All EEC4 timing gets set at 10
See people using 12 and 8
Just know that 10 is the spec
