Plug Welds (suggestions)

Mig with gas welding or flux core?
The welds look fine to me. In the top and second row it looks like you need to hold the trigger a bit longer, not enough filler rod. You are getting full penetration. The bottom row looks nice to me. A bit of grinding and done.
I normally follow the amps based on the chart on my welder, for plugs go one step hotter. Then play more with wire speed.

I also like the bottom row right the best.
I also go by the welders chart on the door and adjust from there as needed.
As you can see I did a lot of plug welds and that is just 1 side LOL
