If you can't fabricate it yourself go to your local 4x4 shop, they should know somebody local who could hook you up. You could call National and they would make you a spring kit that tall, but it would ride like hell if its just springs. You realize the maximum advertised wheel speed on those terras are 35mph and I don't think they are even dot?

good god...has he ever rolled it? if not it won't be long
I really hope that if you are doing this yourself that you know a lot about what you are doing first. The critical measurements and actual fabrication you do could very well have your life on the line(that is when you are driving it after completion).
The best advise was from pro... talk to some locals to see where you can get some of this done.
Also... are you planning on going with springs or 4-link?
