Code P0022

I have a 2005 F150 5.4 truck runs perfectly. It just keeps throwing the code P0022 timing over retarded truck runs fine. I just needed to get through inspection. I changed the Vvt soilioid on the drives side as well as the cam sensor the old solenoid came out pretty clean. I also changed the oil two times. What can I do to clear this code or get it to go to INSPECTION?
