Windshield wipers

I have a 1976 f250 4x4, the windshield wipers will not turn off, I have replaced the switch, mult. times, double checked the grounds on the switch and the motor. Once the switch is turned on, it stays on. Any other thing I should be looking at?

most likely the "park" switch inside the motor is stuck closed.

Thanks, the motor is the only thing I have not changed out, I will look into that.
