Windshield Wiper Issues

I searched but found nothing conclusive on this.
My intermittent wipers stopped working. The normal ON and FAST run the wipers fine but they won't park properly when switched off.
The intermittent setting results in the wiper starting up the glass but stopping half way.

This isn't due to a leaking windshield and it started when driving in a very light drizzle. I turned them on and off just to clear the windshield but a little later when attempting the same thing they went half way and quit.

I concur with Colorado350. Mine had the same symptoms. Replaced it with this:

Turn Signal Switch compatible with Ford F-Series Pickup 97-00

I have had it since April 2017. So far so good. OEM from the dealer was stupid expensive.

Thanks, MT turn signals don’t wanna stay on unless the wheels are straight and for that price it’s a no brainer.

That's actually because of the cams on the steering column that pop the switch off when the wheel comes back to straight. My turn signals won't stay on unless the wheel is straight or turned way the heck over also. It still does it even with the replacement switch.
