Double check the Forescan programming. it is my understanding that if the rear cab light works the wiring is correct.

heres' what i input into forscan, its supposed to be correct per the directions and what i dug up here on the forscan spreadsheet. i hit write after each change and cycled the key after the final change. not sure what i would've done wrong or need to change.

What year and model truck?

Check the forscan spread sheet that covers your year and model truck. If memory serves you need to make changes to two modules to enable the bed lights. It has been awhile since I looked into it for a friend. You can also check with @ZooDad .

You need to enable the bed lights in both places. I expect that will fix your problem.

I believe that your wiring is fine as the cargo light comes on when you activate the bed lights with the bed light switch in the bed.

And turning the bed lights on from the bed switch turns on the cargo light switch only?

And turning the cargo light on from the dash only turns on the cargo light?

Generally that means that the wiring is good and it’s a programming issue. I would try to reprogram in case it didn’t take. I tagged zoodad so hopefully he will pop in as he is the resident Forescan expert.

Other than that I would call Limitless tomorrow and see what they suggest.

wanted to address this real quick, i did go in and check the lines to make sure i had the correct "1's and 2's " in the proper places and when i tried to write forscan said no changes were made, i forced wrote just to make sure. still no bed lights.

at a loss, messaging limitless for their input
