What Is This Items Function Please?
Pardon the shortcut I'm taking with this inquiry, I could probably get to it tomorrow, but I just thought I'd ask.
It is living right behind the driver's seat, on the floor...I'm not sure sometimes if it's Ford or the Fire Truck Manufacturer...

Consider posting all of your truck's questions in a single thread. Months or years later, it'll make a lot more sense to readers -- because they'll have access to the complete truck info, not just "F700" -- and also easier for you to reference.
The white hose junction on the firewall is a vacuum check valve for the under-cab hydravac booster. One hose to the intake manifold, one to the booster, and the smaller one to your dash-mounted vacuum gauge.
It does not connect the the vent cover/filter under the seat; when you track the hoses, you'll find the vent line has its own connection to the booster.
