Removing Headliner in 03 Explorer

Removing Headliner in 03 Explorer
I need some info/advice on removing the headliner in my 03 Explorer, before I attempt it... better safe than sorry, I suppose.
If i remove the pillar plastics, will the headliner just pop off? Is it held in place by clips or something?
Any info you all could pass along would be great.
