1962 F100 column has no turn signal parts

Can anyone help with identifying the parts that go into my 1962 F100 steering column. The switch wires were cut and left in the column and all switch mechanisms were removed except the horn wire/button. This pic should help with identification. I have no idea what to look for or if any pieces are available. Several websites show the 13341-A switch to be right but it's not. It seems there are several variations of that

number.
