Yes more pics please. Like all over. There is obvious rodent damage so chewed wires could be anywhere.
Before you get it started you should get some clamps on the IC boots too.
I agree on the rodent damage but he definitely has stuff mixed up on the relay. The big newer looking black loom going to top of the picture looks like it's on the wrong stud as well. It looks like it's on the small starter signal wire which should be alone by itself.
I got power to the cab now it's crank no start and the wire harness is brand new for the cam position sensor so what could be wrong?
I the pic of the starter solenoid. The big black loom looking one that looks fairly new. Does it run to the engine harness? If so it should be hooked to the 12v constant side of the solenoid as well. Looks like it on the opposite side. It is what powers the glow plugs which may be causing your no start depending on how cold it is.

so the old harness was put back on so I can get power back because the harness I was gonna put on is fried but the wire harness that sits on top of the block is brand new
I'm still not 100% sure what you have on the right terminal and what you don't. On the starter relay big lugs. One side will have a single small wire that runs to the hard double end of the starter cable. It's the smaller signal wire that run to starter. That's the only one that will be on that side of the starter solenoid and is start power. All the other lugs will be on the other side which is 12v constant power.
