I think I have read every single existing forum/post on climate control seats for just about every Ford, attempting to find the fix to my issue.. 2015 F-250 King Ranch crew cab. Bought it used about a year ago. Front heated & cooled seats have not worked since I bought it (rear heated seats do work). When I press the touch button for heated seats 2 out of the 3 indicators will illuminate. When I touch the AC side, no indicators light up (shown in picture). Also, when I touch them, I hear no clicking coming from under the seats. I have checked what seems to be the most common issue, where the connector burns out, under the passenger seat. I have checked the fuse. I have replaced the module under the seat (With a $60 one from Amazon, which had good reviews). I have disconnected & reconnected the C210 connector that is attached to top of the parking brake. I have scoured forscan, no codes popping up. I checked the FCIM - heated/cooled seat modules for both seats and all I get is "INACTIVE". HVAC module reads 14+ volts. What are the chances I bought a faulty Climate Seat Control Module? I don't know my way around forscan all that well, is there something else I should be looking for? Hopefully someone can help me. This thing is driving me mad..
Please post a picture of the module list that forscan finds, so many people have issues with forscan when they buy cheap adapters that don’t work right and find all the modules, I would also put your old DCSM (Dual Climate controlled Seat Module) back in as it’s most likely fine.
If you unplug the DCSM do the lights still light up on the heating setting? The FCIM doesn’t do anything except relay the CAN message from the APIM (screen) to the IPC, then to the BCM, then to the DCSM module, same goes in reverse from the DCSM back.
More then likely one of the blower assemblies is bad and preventing the system from working, at a minimum you should get a code from the DCSM if it’s showing up in the module list.

I will post a picture when I get back out there to mess with it. I have caught whatever bug everyone is passing around right now.
But when I load up forscan DCSM is nowhere to be found. I know this because i have thoroughly looked for it.

I finally got back to it today. I have a scan tool now. The DCSM would not show up on my scan tool. Kept saying failed to communicate. Said the same thing with the original DCSM module. I checked for power to the connector at the DCSM and I'm not getting any. I popped the hood and checked for power to the fuse, we are good there. I am assuming the next step would be to check for power at each connector in between the fuse and DCSM? I know where C210 is but not the rest..
