I have a pair of Rigid 3” Hyperspot pod lights in the OEM fog light location using the OEM mounts with Rigid’s Superduty adapters. I have another pair with a Spot light pattern that I want to mount right next them.
I’m looking for a way to mount the second set but the only way I can think of is using another pair of the OEM mounts the same way. Problem is they would be spaced over 1-1/2” apart and I’d like them to be next to each other closer.
Here’s a picture of what I have and pictures of what I’m desiring.
@Rainmaker1 There are many companies that make universal mounts for cube lights. I'm sure someone like Baja Designs has something that would snug up to your existing mounts or possible have a solution to mount all four.
@John in OkieLand A light bar with fogs on the outers and floods in the center would look nice on that second bar from the bottom. Almost inline with your stock headlight location. As for mounting them higher I think you'd be fine mounting them up top or second from the top as long as you don't run them in traffic. I'd think the lower you went the better road visibility you would have. The higher would give better long range or trail lighting.
