Just my experience, I have done 3 F250's from 17-21 with ready lift 2.5 spacers kits and air lift 5000 bags no jounce bumper and no issues. All with 37's and dual steering shocks. Trucks are used on the farm and pulling equipment everday. Love the setup, completeing my 24 now with the same setup.
35k miles on a carli commuter leveling kit with just shocks in the rear (no springs or air bags) and 37s on 17" wheels at 50 PSI and I am more than happy.
Have made 2 trips from FL to CA and back on it. I am considering going to accutune 2.5 fox DSC shocks when these carli shocks need rebuilt but that is more just to see how much better I can get than due to current displeasure.
Hi all, brand new to the forums and actually new to owning a super duty. Just got my 2024 F-350 6.7, I decided to go with the Synergy 8650-12 kit. This put the front end at around 3/4" higher than the rear after it settled. Since I do tow occasionally, I plan to put on the tremor rear blocks to give the truck a slight rake.
Immediately after the level, I got the infamous axle/hub grinding noise. Thanks to the awesome people here, I managed to get and install the locking hub on the pass side which fixed the noise.
On the recommendation of someone with more experience than me in these matters, I also purchased the OUO radius arm 2.5" drop kit. I understand this should correct the caster without the need for the 2.4 degree shim that came with the leveling kit. Should the factory shims be enough to get the caster where it should? Is there a caster number I should target? Unfortunately not knowing much about this stuff I didn't do a baseline alignment before the mods.
Anything else I should consider to make sure the geometry is as close to factory as possible? My next purchase will most likely be the carli torsion sway bar.
