This is what I'm talking about I've have used there personal software version and it is expensive at ~800$ but It was easy to use and gave me the ability to change ALOT more things than I could with my EECtuner. I'm ditching my EECtuner now for this setup this spring, as its so much easier to use and you CAN flash the ECM with it or write a chip yourself. Also the best ford tuners in the USA helped design it and are very willing to help you with problems. It took 3 dyno pulls and 25minutes to tune my car perfectly, and my setup is VERY uncommon. (3.8L thunderbird with ported heads, camshaft, vortech supercharger, stroked crank).
Just something else to look at, Its was easy for me to use and did more than my EECtuner did for me.
I know all about the Superchips Custom software. I've seen both it and the Diablo Revolution software. The Diablo Revolution controls more functions, lets you program Predators with it as well (Predators are FAR more advanced than SCMT's), flash ECMs and chips. Nothing like taking your Predator with a custom tune in it to the track and doing 30 minutes of 90 samples/sec data logging.... you can't do that with a Superchips Custom program and a Microtuner (you can't).
Superchips keeps going for the easier consumer market, Diablo has been targeting, for the most part, a more technical market with much better tools. After looking at both, I'll be doing Revolution chips. I'm not going to end up like the guy in the Circuit City commercial smacking himself because he could have bought a better TV.
If you have about a grand to shell out, go for the Revolution software over the Superchips custom. www.diablosport.com - you have to get it directly from them. Otherwise, I can contact you a few days before Diablo releases something as a hand-held Predator if you want me to.
