I've not looking at a Haynes or the like for this answer but what do these wires exist here for? Is it for future addition of auxiliary lights or did a PO cut something out here? I have no electrical problems & the truck works great, just curious what these are for?
Those the factory installed pass through wires for adding auxiliary items, there are 4 of them in total, the other ends are under the interior dashboard.

wish I had known about that a year ago, I ran a new wire from the fuse panel to the Alternator, as the OEM wire is non-existent now, too many mechanics with wire pliers cutting stuff ***** nilly.

they are nice and worthless at the same time, so you are probably better off the way you ran what you needed.
the issue with this is it's deadheaded on both sides requiring 2 splices. It's always better to run a continuous wire.

I guess it' the thought that counts
How could they have been provided without being deadheaded on both ends? Making a good reliable wire splice isn’t all that big of a challenge.
