Hello All,
I am a new to the site and trying to gather data about my 1961 Econoline pick up with VIN #
E10SH100464 is shown on the title.
Is there also a site that would reference which persons have owned this vehicle since its birth?
Your Econoline Pickup was assembled in October 1960 for a 1961 model.
Go to this webpage https://econoline.org/enter.php and enter all of the data from the tag that should be on the driver door A-pillar between the hinges.
Be sure to indicate in the Notes section that this is a pickup. For 1961 only, the VIN does not indicate whether it is a pickup or a van.
Post some photos here, and those can show up on the econoline.org website.
As far as the past owners, that information is stored with each state department of motor vehicles. They rarely give up that information to the public.
depending on where you are, some states will put an "owner prefix" on the title before the VIN. the number means how many owners the vehicle has had.
1 means original owner. 2 means two owners.
