Transmission Question

Hi all, I am currently building a stroker engine (460 bored .060 over with 3.5" stroke) for my 1975 F250 Ranger XLT. Does anyone have a source or recommendation for a 5spd manual transmission I could put in it that could handle the power and torque of the new engine? The truck is a 2wd. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Would a ZF5 work? I'm pretty sure they were put behind 351w, 460, 6.9 idi, 7.3 idi, and 7.3 powerstrokes statring in the 80s through 1997.

What is the intended use?

3.5" stroke is not a 460 or a stroker for a 460. Recheck that and advise.

ZF would be a good choice for hauling and towing.
