Bad o2 sensor vs bad Cat - P0430 Codes

My holiday weekend started off with my CEL coming on. FORscan shows a P0430 but I just want to make sure it's not just an O2 sensor vs the catalytic converter. Here are the screenshots. I'm curious about the voltage difference between bank 1 and bank 2. Is that a sensor issue or the reading you get when the cat is bad. Thanks

Thanks in advance and happy Turkey Day!!

The .32 v reading verifies the code. Not enough Oxygen storage in the rear section as is expected.
It might be the Sensor low reading if you're lucky.
On the other hand, bring up the CATS Temperatures readings.
They should both be very close to the same after enough run time to stabilize. If not close and #2 is notably cooler, its CAT time and change the rear sensor with it.
Good luck.

Thanks, kind of what I expected but I was hoping someone would give me an early Christmas present.

If you can lift the truck and heat up the engine to operating temp, then use an infrared scanner to compare the temps on the cats. If they're close to the same, then you have a bad O2 sensor.

Hate to be the Grinch, but...

Downstream O2 sensors do NOT cause the catalyst efficiency codes. The sensors are tested for correct operation before the efficiency test is entered.

The voltage differences between the two banks is not relevant. The banks are controlled independently and are independent of each other. A single snapshot voltage reading of the downstream sensors is not useful. You need to graph the sensor voltage over time to see if the converter is working or not.

Do you have a leaking exhaust manifold that could be pulling in outside air?

UPDATE: CEL went off and has stayed off for two days. The only real difference was the air temperature dropped about 10 degrees. I haven't had a chance to check for vacuum leaks or us an IR gun to get the temp. Will update when that happens.
