Have a 2014 f250 has the 6.2 in it. Lock hubs in switch **** to 4wd can hear a click but front tires dont turn. Checked the hubs were working both axles locked when i lock hubs in. Could be actuator problem? Unfamiliar with how these work

If you have 4wd when you manually lock the hubs but not in auto mode, then you have a vacuum problem somewhere. Not sure where, could be leak in one of the vacuum lines to the hubs, one of the hubs could have a leak internally as they use vacuum to pull in the hub into locking position or the vacuum pump in front of the engine... IIRC the vacuum line block is behind the primary coolant tank on drivers side... again, I could be wrong.

The fact that you heayou click makes me think the vacuum is working but the hub is having a problem locking in...

Okay... so it sounds like you may have an electrical problem, because if you had a vacuum issue, you would still have 4wd when you locked the hubs in... so digging deeper for you, I found this:

https://www.powerstroke.org/threads/...ution.1381522/

Our trucks have a transfer case control module... hopefully this will help and I just learned this myself...
