1994 7.3idi ambu.
Battery cut off switch is not working (it is mounted on the driver seat).
I remove the seat and there is lot of electronics, so I don't know how and what to check.
Any help will be appreciated.

Those are all solenoids, buss bars and fused circuit breakers (nothing electronic)
You should be able to figure it out
Disconnect the battery isolator switch and test it with a multi meter
Blow all the debris away from under the seat around those solenoids and buss bars with shop air
Those isolator switches are quite robust
The relays and solenoids not so much
You will need to learn the function and operation of a relay (and finding a schematic from the coach builder sure would help)
Those two post circuit breakers fail regularly if they get too many amps pushed through them
Chances are you have an open circuit somewhere and your battery disconnect switch is okay
