Losing coolant

1999 ford f250 super duty 6.8 v10 I have a question. I would appreciate maybe some help on this. Can a bad intake manifold gasket cause coolant loss through the exhaust. I have no coolant in the oil and also I have no oil in the coolant and no external leaks. I have coolant coming out of the exhaust on startup and also a rough idol on start up. it’s never overheated on me. 280,000 miles on her. So basically my question is can a bad intake manifold gasket cause coolant to make it out thru exhaust. Thank you for any feedback.

Even though there's no signs of oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil, I'd still check / test the coolant for any exhaust / combustion leaks. If there's presence of combustion gasses in the coolant and depending on severity, it's either head gaskets or a stop gap fix like K-Seal. I've used it on my high mileage '01 Jeep with good results.

As far as the intake, it's possible for coolant to leak into the intake port(s) and I would check the coils and plugs for any signs of coolant including any presence of coolant in the valley too.
