hitches interchangeable?

it should fit usually hitchs are universal and fit almost evey vehical, and seeing the 1stgen to the 2nd gen explorers are pretty much the same it should just be a bolt on and you should not need any adapters i could be wrong, but i know most hitchs are universal unless it came from the factory on the truck even then you can sometimes switch them
