1995 F150 XLT. I notice a weird issue yesterday when hooking up a trailer and testing the lights. When I turn on the hazards on the truck, only the front passenger side blinks, none of the other 3. However, they all flash properly when using the turn signals. Any idea what would cause this?
the hazard button in my multi function stalk, is a bit wonky and acts up.
try wiggling it and see if anything changes
if fine without trailer hooked up.... wiring issue on trailer
Really wiggle the Hazards button... if no changes, then try Hazards flasher in the fuse panel, then if flasher is cheap...no changes a new multi function stalk.. there are used oem ones on ebay but may be same or have different issues.
but it could be a bad ground on the hazard circuit, checking the circuit is free if you have the tools
Is your trailer connector aftermarket?
If it is, were crimp on butt splices used?
They're a good place to check for lighting issues. They can be used successfully, but it takes some technique to crimp them properly, or they make a poor connection.
Solder and heat shrink is a better way.

it’s a Curt harness. Was all plug and play, no splicing required.

Are the connectors fully seated? I've had to gently squeeze the harness connector near the rear bumper with channelocks, to get it to seat all the way.
Do you have any LED bulbs in the system? They can cause flasher issues.
