21404527[/url]]thats rough. he could not go with longer threaded grade 10 or 12 bolts? i remember reading somewhere there is a bit of depth in those holes that the stock bolts do not reach. not sure what the grade is on the stock bolts, but a 10, or 12.7 is pretty stout compared to what you normally see on light vehicles.
His suggestion is pretty much JB Weld new bolts in. Pretty much a patch job, then sell it to get out from under it. Whether i sell it or keep it, I still want it fixed correctly. I guess I am just to nice of a guy to screw someone over like that.

I have like four cranks sitting in storage. If you're not local might be able to ship one to you. Machine shop local to you can give the journals a polish (or I could see about having that done before I ship it out).
