I asked around local tire shop that's been in business since 1967 and has tons of pictures of classics and 80's, 90's trucks. They said no problem to fix this and the bead corrosion is usually only an issue on Northern road salt zone wheels. They said they cleaned up surface and replaced the valve stems, and if they didn't hold the air over next month to bring it back in and they will use a different style valve stems.
1 month later, no drop in pressure. I'm buying my tires from this shop from now on, great folks there. They only charged $40 to do this and took them a little over an hour.
