Gear splitter?
The AA unit is no longer available new so that leaves only the GV over drive.
If you do a search in the older truck areas you may come across a unit called Brownie, they come in under / direct or under / direct / over or direct / over.
Like the Advance Adapter unit they are no longer made.
They say sometimes you get lucky and can find any one of the 3 in a junk yard, or one of the on line selling sites.
I got my AA new just before they stopped making them when Covid hit.
The other thing to know is the AA can only be used with a manual trans and because where it gets installed can be used in 4x4 mode.
The GV can be used with auto or manual but not in 4x4 mode as it only goes to the rear axle.
Same with the Brownie as it is a stand alone unit after the trans and I only know it to be used with manuals.
If you look at the GV unit new and then look at the ZF5 and what all is needed to install I would say they come out to about the same price when I checked years ago.

I dont know of too many that want under drive unless they have a really tall rear gear with tall tires then you could just run a granny first gear transmission to get start moving.
With a 300 six, 2.75 rear gear and 235/75/15 tire, starting in 2nd with my NP435 2nd is just a little too tall for my liking when empty.
I do like the granny over drive when empty but the shift from granny to 2nd over and then 3rd direct is a little much.
So empty it is 2nd, 3rd, 3rd od, 4th, 4th od.
Pulling the trailer it is granny, 2nd, 2nd od, etc. as the trailer has some weight to it and the 300 dose not spin to high between shifts like a v8 would.
Oh my final in over drive and 2.75 is something like 1.97:1 I do have a 2.47 rear gear I could run if I wanted to get the RPM lower at a higher speed
