instrument cluster

When I bought my 2000 most cluster lights were not working, I removed and replaced the lights and all worked for a while. Wasn't that long till a light or two on the left side went out, Now I have all the left side lights go off for a while but will come back on, I assume it's the ribbon at the back of the cluster. Rather than remove and try to diagnose myself, I'm thinking I would try to find a service that refurbishes the whole thing. Any recommendations?

I’ve been shopping for a replacement cluster to use in my 7.3 diesel van. Car-part has a few near me for $75. 99-01 cluster.

Hello all! Turns out my headlamp switch was bad, replaced and and all cluster bulbs now work. New issue, my old switch did not have the bulb for backlighting and neither does my new switch. I ordered some T5 fixtures and bulbs but they are too big. Anyone know the size for this? I've searched everywhere I know to search. Thanks
