My 89 f350 with 7.5 efi was running perfectly. I stopped at a friend’s house for about 15 minutes. When I went to start the truck, it just cranked like it had no spark. I have since replaced the ignition control module, the frame mounted fuel pump, the in-tank lift pump, the cap and the rotor. It still doesn’t fire. Please help!!!
pull a plug wire off the easiest plug to reach and see if you got spark .and remove that easy plug to see if it is wet with fuel .maybe the a injectors in the throttle body are not working .you can check the injectors to see if they are getting voltage to open and close
My local Ford dealer was charging $125 flat fee for diagnosis but now it's $150. Still thats a good deal considering the price of parts that may or may not fix the problem.

Did you try flood clear
You'd be surprised how many vehicles I get that are only flooded
I have a mobile auto service
I get over to their house, floor the gas, start the car, they think I'm some genius or something
So, if your spark plugs are older than dirt or your rotor momentarily shorts to ground, that fouls the spark plugs
It takes the BIG 3 to start an engine
You better double check each one
