Has anyone used the jet performance 89309 And what are your thoughts on it?

 

Those chips are complete garbage. You can accomplish the same thing by bumping the base timing a few degrees. Save your money, do not be tempted by a hot air intake filter or throttlebody spacer either.

If you want to unlock real power ditch the EEC-IV and just run a Holley Sniper EFI. Then you can throw whatever you want at it and not have to worry about the factory ECM being able to handle it or not. If you are going to the trouble and expense of installing forced induction give it some fuel injection it can use.
