I'm in the process of updating wiring on my truck and ended ordering the painless wiring duraspark kit. Seems they are the only one I found offering a new option.
You might be able to find an NOS on eBay but I'm hesitant to use 40+ y/o wiring without knowing how it was stored during that time. It may look okay but the insulation may be brittle after all that time so it's a roll of the dice if you go the NOS direction.
Main reason I went with the painless kit was for the coil u-shaped connector. All the other duraspark connectors you can find pig tails of them and build a harness from scratch. If you're using a different coil, building from scratch might be an option too.
