Going CRAZY without SYNC. Help!!!!
One day the Sync screen flashed as to reboot. Afterwards it worked fine until 2 days later when the screen wouldn’t come on.
I tried rebooting, checked all fuses and unplugged the battery terminals. I even turn the lights on to drain down any residual power. Still NO screen.
Do I have a bad screen or a bad head unit????
Im lost on what to do and it’s driving my CRAZY with any tunes. PLEASE HELP!

So you have sync 2, sorry 😞. If it was mine I would order a kit to change it to sync 3. You can find them on Amazon but they aren't cheap but repairing yours wouldn't be cheap either. If the sync 2 on our truck finally goes all the way south it will get sync 3.
