Rotational thump help
Wife’s 2015 eco boost EL. Move steering wheel all the way to the right and I get a rotational bump/thump.
Ive jacked it up, and tested each side by grabbing each tire at 12/6 and 9/3, nothing is loose.
put a steel pole under tire and lifted up, no popping.
ball joints and tie rods show no cracking etc.
other thoughts?

I'd be checking for something that the tire could be touching at full lock if it seems to be rotational. Jack up the front end, turn the wheel fully to the right, and spin the tires, see if you can see anything touching. My money would be on a just barely loose fender liner or damaged mudflap, I had this issue on an older SD that someone ran too big of a tire on and tore the inner fender liner, had to pull it up and fix it.
