Identifying a 7.3 PCM
I bought 3 PCM's cheap and was wondering is there anyway to identify what it came out of. The guy said they came out of a diesel truck but i noticed the "wait light" for the glow plugs donsn't come on and the "service engine soon" light stays on and the truck won't start. My orig PCM works i was just looking to have some back ups. I was thinking they came out of a gas truck becasue the "wait light" dosen't come on.
