Had a few parts so up yesterday. Replaced the lack of bump stops. Pics below. Dormans I believe is what I used from rockauto. Also replaced the tired Max Control shocks with Bilstein 4600. Also, replaced the worn out hood struts. Back struts are coming as im 6'2 & that back is too low. More parts are in route so more to do soon. This is probably the easiest vehicle we've owned to work on. Prob bc of all the room under it.
You could have got several more miles out of those old bump stops.
You will enjoy the new rear struts being tall. No more bumping your noggin. And now any short people won't even be able to close the hatch. You might need to attach a strap to the handle if you have short helpers.
Plenty of room until you get to the #5 and #10 COP's and plugs. Then you'll be GD MF where'd all the skin on my knuckles go.
